Southeast Chapter of
The Fatherhood Coalition
Mission Statement
We are a volunteer, non-profit organization
of men and women incorporated to assist fathers,
married or unmarried, who are being victimized
by the divorce laws and the Probate and Family
Courts of Massachusetts. We work to help
individual fathers in their struggle for their children,
and to change divorce law to restore God-given
human rights to all fathers and their children.
We believe that every child needs his or her mother
and father. We believe in true equality. We will
welcome and fight for every mother who is suffering
the same injustice that is inflicted on fathers.
We recognize that at this time, however, our state
government is at war with fathers, not mothers,
and the uncaring bureaucracy is willing to accept
the destruction of the parenting rights of a small
percentage of mothers as collateral damage.
Our mission is to help all fathers stay involved in
the lives of their children. We accomplish this
through regular meetings, peer support, pro se
training, education initiatives, social activities,
alternate media, lobbying and legislative efforts.
Our goals are:
First, enactment of meaningful shared or equal
parenting in every instance of divorce or separation
unless there is proven criminal wrongdoing on the
part of one of the parents.
Second, reform of the current system of so-called
child support, whereby children are kidnapped
from fathers who are supporting them, and money
is then extorted from these fathers to support the
courts and the children’s mothers.
Third, the elimination of the current system of
restraining orders, whereby men are placed on
probation without a trial and without committing
a crime.
Forth, the elimination of unilateral no-fault divorce.
