The Legislation Committee of The Southeast Chapter has endorsed these three bills as model legislation for the Fatherhood Movement. We plan to have these filed in the next session of the Massachusetts Legislature.

Please help our legislative effort by contacting your State Senator and Representative, and asking them to support our effort, or better still, to introduce these bills and to sign on as a cosponsor.
We are aware that it is unlikely our legislation will be passed this year, but we are dotting our “i’s” and crossing our “t’s”. The status quo will be destroyed!
